Your appointment, step by step

Before you arrive
Arrive with clean skin if possible, and pause retinoids or exfoliating acids for three days. Bring a list of your current products.

Arrival
Come five to ten minutes early. You will be welcomed with a warm drink and given time to settle before we begin.

Consultation
A full skin history conversation — sensitivities, medications, goals and past treatments — shapes the session ahead.

Your treatment
Layered cleansing, warmth, massage and targeted steps adapted to how your skin responds in the moment.

Afterward
We review what we noticed, outline a realistic home routine and plan your next visit if you would like one.
Preparation
How to prepare
- Pause retinoids, acids and physical exfoliants for 3 days
- Avoid waxing or laser in the treatment area for 7 days
- Skip sun exposure and tanning for 48 hours
- Come without makeup when convenient
- Share any medications, allergies or pregnancy in advance
Studio Policies
Clear and simple
Booking
A card on file secures each appointment. Nothing is charged until the day of service.
Cancellation
Please provide 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service.
Late arrivals
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need a shortened service to protect the next guest's time.
Guests
The studio is a single-guest space. Please arrive alone when possible so the room stays calm.

Arriving right at your appointment time is perfect. The studio is a private space, so there is no waiting area to sit in beforehand.
We talk through your skin history, current products, sensitivities and what you would like to focus on. Your treatment is built from that conversation rather than a fixed menu.
A Facial Treatment is the ideal introduction. It is fully customized after consultation, so it works for most skin types and goals.
Pause retinol and strong exfoliants for three to five days, and avoid significant sun exposure, tanning or waxing in the treatment area.
Yes. Free street parking is available directly in front of the studio, with no meters or permits required.
