Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ramadanradiance.com and any service booked or received from Ramadan Radiance, located at Dearborn Heights, MI 48127 (the "Studio"). By using this site, requesting an appointment or receiving a treatment, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the site or book an appointment.

You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment on your own behalf. Guests under 18 may be treated only with a parent or legal guardian present who consents to the service. We reserve the right to decline any service where consent, age or suitability cannot be confirmed.

• Appointments are requested online and are confirmed by the Studio. A requested time is not reserved until confirmed.
• Services, durations and prices shown on the site come from our live schedule and may change without notice. The price quoted at the time of your confirmed appointment applies.
• The Studio treats one guest at a time. Additional guests, including children, cannot be accommodated in the space.
• Please arrive at your scheduled time rather than early, so the guest before you is not disturbed.

• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, may result in a fee or a requirement to prepay for future bookings.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened so the following guest is not delayed, and the full service price still applies.
• The Studio may need to reschedule in rare circumstances such as illness or emergency. In that case you will be offered the next available time at no penalty.

No payment is collected through this website. Payment is settled in person at the Studio at the time of service using the payment methods we accept.

Service fees are for the time, expertise and products used during your appointment and are non-refundable once the service has been performed. If you are unhappy with a result, contact us within seven days and we will do our best to make it right.

Esthetic treatments are cosmetic services, not medical care. Nothing on this site or said during a service is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician or dermatologist.

• You agree to disclose, before treatment, any allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent cosmetic or medical procedures, pregnancy, and skin or health conditions relevant to the service.
• You agree to follow the preparation and aftercare guidance provided to you.
• We may decline, modify or stop a service at any time if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you.
• Individual results vary. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed, and results depend on skin type, health, home care and consistency.

We are committed to a calm, respectful and safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse or end service, without refund of any fee already earned, in cases of disrespectful behavior toward staff, arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or any conduct that compromises safety.

We may ask permission to photograph treatment results for our gallery or social media. Photographs are taken and published only with your express consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us.

All text, images, logos and design on this website are the property of the Studio and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission.

Booking a service allows us to send you messages about that appointment. Marketing emails are sent only to subscribers and can be stopped at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or our unsubscribe page.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of information.

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, the Studio and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any service, and total liability for any claim relating to a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owner and staff from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of this website, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to disclose information material to the safety of a treatment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site or booking of a service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
